What AI models do you use for automation?
We choose the model based on the job. That can include OpenAI GPT-4o for conversational and reasoning tasks, Anthropic Claude 3.5 Sonnet for longer analysis, Google Gemini 2.0 for multimodal work, and Meta Llama 3 for on-premise deployments where data cannot leave your environment.
We do not force one model into every workflow. We choose the tool that fits the task and the privacy requirements.
Will AI replace my staff?
No - the main goal is to reduce repetitive work, not remove people. Many teams lose hours to admin, follow-ups, document handling, and copying data between tools. AI can take over some of that repetitive work so people can spend more time on client relationships, judgement, and strategy.
Is my data secure with AI automation?
Yes - data security has to be part of the design. We use enterprise API endpoints, encrypted transport, role-based access controls, and deployment choices that fit the sensitivity of the data. For stricter industries like legal, healthcare, and finance, we can also look at on-premise models so the data does not leave your infrastructure. We also keep POPIA requirements in mind when planning the workflow.
What are AI agents and how do they work?
AI agents are systems that can handle multi-step workflows with less manual input than a normal automation. For example, an agent can receive a new lead, gather more context, qualify it against your rules, create a CRM record, and prepare the next action. What platforms and tools do you integrate with?
We work with common business tools such as CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Zoho), accounting systems (Xero, Sage, QuickBooks), communication tools (Gmail, Outlook, Slack, WhatsApp, Teams), and project management platforms. We usually use n8n and Make.com for orchestration, and we build custom integrations when needed.
How long does implementation take?
Simple automations can often go live in 1-2 weeks. Custom AI agents with multi-step workflows usually take 3-4 weeks. Broader setups with multiple agents, custom training, or compliance requirements can take 4-8 weeks. We prefer phased rollouts so you can start using parts of the system earlier.
Can I use AI automation if I'm not technical?
Yes. We handle the technical work: model selection, integrations, prompt setup, and testing. The goal is to give you a workflow that feels simple to use, not one that adds technical overhead to your day. We also train your team on how to use and maintain the automations.
